I start by working with you to engage in mindfulness to better understand the intricacies of your internal experience and identify your core values. Then, I help you explore the different parts of yourself with compassion in order to create a sense of an integrated whole. I offer a holistic frame that understands you as an individual and also within the context of your family, your community, and the systems you interact with. I hope to create a space where you feel seen and comfortable to experiment with new ways of being. I primarily utilize Acceptance and Commitment Therapy in concert with techniques from Internal Family Systems tradition to work with individual adults and couples struggling with anxiety, trauma, depression, and OCD.
Helping you feel capable of weathering the storm of your day-to-day and empowered to create change in your life is my mission.
